Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop (about 5 tablespoons) of Whey Protein (flavor of your choice - can be cookies, vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon light cappuccino
  • 100 ml water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream on the dot of whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup

Protein Frappuccino Preparation:


  1. Beat the ingredients in a blender for two minutes or so enough that the mixture is creamy and time.
  2. Pour the contents into a bowl and add the whipped cream and then chocolate syrup. This recipe yields one serving. To do more, increase the amount of ingredients in the same proportion.

Frappuccino green tea

ingredients:

  • Half a cup of milk
  • Two tablespoons of powdered milk
  • Two generous tablespoons of matcha green tea powder
  • A cup and a half of ice
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • Stevia or sweetener without calories
  • Light whipped cream
Preparation:

  1. In a cup, place the green tea powder and then add the milk powder, vanilla essence and sweetener. Mix well.

  • ¾ cup milk (can be full, skim, almond or any other of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener!)
  • 1 tablespoon of caramel (you can buy ready or else make your own recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 100ml whipping cream, whipped hit point
  • Chocolate syrup (can be light or diet).

Preparation:


  1. Put the brewed coffee in ice cube trays and freeze.
  2. Then hit it in a blender with milk, sugar, caramel and vanilla extract.
  3. When the mixture is creamy and serve in a glass, then add the whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top, to taste.

Frappuccino with caramel


Ingredients:

  • 200ml of iced coffee
  •  ½ cup of milk (the kind may be according to their preference)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener)
  • 8 large ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet milk
  • Whipped cream (can be light)
  • Chocolate syrup (can be light or diet)

Preparation:


  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Hit them for 30 seconds to a minute or so to the point where everything is crushed and mixed well, forming a very creamy content.
  2. Serve in a glass and add the whipped cream and chocolate syrup, to taste. If it gets too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar and sweet milk, always adapting to your preference.
