Starbucks Green Tea Frappucino LIGHT Recipe - The Starbucks green tea frappe is
very rich, but also very high in
calories & is
packed with sugar. This recipe
has 73% fewer calories, 83% less fat and 66%
fewer carbohydrates than Starbucks and also is
tastier!

the way, it's much cheaper too.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup milk Light
- 2 tablespoons milk powder Svelty
- 4 envelopes Svetia
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 ½ cups ice
- ¼ cup of green tea concentrate * (recipe below) *
- 2 tbsp. Light whipped cream "Le Chef" (optional)

a mixing cup green tea concentrate, milk powder, vanilla and Svetia. Stir
well until well incorporated.

In a blender grind the ice.

Add the ½ cup milk into blender Light. Blend
one bit.

Finally add the mixture of
green tea. Blend to incorporate.
5.
Serve in a tall glass and add whipped
cream if desired.
* Concentrated green tea
Ingredients:
1.
box of green tea or green tea leaf
dry

Open the envelopes of tea and
take all the tea.
3. Pulverize in blender. (Save this powder for
future occasions when you prepare
this recipe).
4. ½ cup of boiling water,
dissolve 1 tablespoon of the powder.
Let stand for 5-7 minutes.

Moving an extra thin strainer (or
failing that, strain it through a cloth)
to remove all dust and leave only
the liquid.
