I
have some
recipes from the network tried
many claimed to have
the "Original Starbucks" recipe, but none has met as a result the
original. Also, I managed only an approximation since many factors come into play safe with; not only quantity but also quality
and selection of ingredients
and kitchen equipment (unfortunately I have no blender at home, many others probably not).
Base is of course the coffee. I take a Lungo
(a longer percolated
espresso), but it is certainly very strong
filter coffee, espresso double, any instant
stuff - what
do you have there!
Pour
the coffee
with milk in
the blender. The amount
of milk is variable according to
taste; I usually make
significantly less than the 100 ml of pure
is a matter of trial and error! A pinch, if you like more,
pectin (for a
creamier consistency) to give, as well as
additives for flavor. Briefly mix.
Accessories: Here the imagination and the
taste know no bounds. I like Caramel Frappuccino,
so give Caramel syrup
inside. Who wants
a coffee Frappuccino, just takes brown cane sugar.
There is thick chocolate sauce, along
with dark cocoa powder gives a delicious Moccacino.
If you like Java chip
might be a few pieces of crisp, dark chocolate
take (60-70% cocoa
content I guess) and before chop a little
small with the knife. Macadamia
Syrup is also great - tasted just something
out!
It
is enough that base fluid then
by mixing briefly 15
seconds. Then the ice cubes (corresponding mixer provided -
but without Blender
you will willy-nilly, no Frappuccino) and mix again. In this phase,
it is crucial to choose not to low power level, otherwise you only get a little foam on top of
it, but not the creamy, icy Frappuccino
consistency. So turn
up the mixer and mix for 45-60 seconds. Pour
into a glass and enjoy with a big straw!
