How to make a green tea Frappuccino

tea Frappuccino
Notes on
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 or 3 teaspoons
powdered green tea (matcha tea)
- 1/4 of a cup of whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
For
the topping:
- Whipped cream to taste
- Green tea powder for dusting
Preparation:
- Pour the milk in a saucepan and teaspoons green tea powder and dissolve while heating over low heat without allowing it to boil. Add sugar and stir until all is dissolved well without lumps.
- Once you are well homogeneous remove from heat, cover with a lid and let it cool.
- In a blender, add the whipped cream and beat for about 30 seconds. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend for a few seconds.
- If the milk is already cold, pour into a blender, include ice cubes and beat until well blended.
- Once finished, put it into two pretty cups and add the whipped cream over and sprinkle some green tea.
- Remove to taste and enjoy!
Note: Dry green tea is good for the Frappuccino, has to be green tea powder (matcha tea) and make sure it is 100% natural. You can find it in specialty stores and natural teas or herbal products.
